About the Role:
Join Budget Blinds as a Window Treatment Installer/Supervisor and play a key role in transforming spaces with beautiful window coverings. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and shutters, with precision and care.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations.
- Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fitting of products.
- Train and mentor new installers on best practices and installation techniques.
- Maintain inventory of installation tools and materials, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in window treatment installation or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders safely.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of window treatment products and installation techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
